All Bookings are subject to the conditions attached and and must be accompanied by the appropriate 25% Advance Payment/Deposit of the total rental price.
Please note that the Advance Payment/Deposit is a non refudable. Prepayment guarantees you the booking for the dates mentioned.
Forwarding payment as the remaining balance of the rent, must be paid 1 month prior to the arrival date.
When you book the property with us you should return the completed Booking Contract to us.
You can make your payment either by online banking, direct transfer or by credit card.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking you must e-mail us as soon as possible. You will also be required to confirm your cancellation in writing or by e-mail to the addresses shown o your written confirmation. A cancellation will not take effect until we receive written confirmation from you. If you cancel your booking we will retain the Advance Payment/Deposit and refund you the remaining balance

Each villa has parking space for two vehicles.
